Here at Classy Mouse Technologies, we understand that you have things to do, and don't want to spend all of your time carrying your computer or TV here and there. With that in mind, we have two options to fit your active lifestyle:

• On-Site service is available for most small repairs. We will come to your home or office and repair your equipment while you wait.
• Exclusive pickup and drop off program is also available. We will come to your home or office, disconnect the machine, and take it to our shop to be repaired. When we have finished repairing it, we will bring it back, hook it up, and allow you to test it before closing the transaction.

These services are provided entirely free of charge, within a 10-mile radius of Torrington. Travel is charged at $1/mile thereafter.

Re-install Operating System	System Restore Disks must be provided. Contact us for a quote if you do not have the original system disks.	$50 Flat Rate
TV Repairs	Price varies by repair needed, ask for a quote.	$150 Or Less (most repairs)
Other Repairs/Labor	Computer Setup, Tutoring, Misc. Repairs, Network Setup, etc. Charged in 1 hour increments, 1 hour minimum.	$25 Per Hour
