Here at Classy Mouse Technologies, we understand that you have things to do, and don't want to spend all of your time carrying your computer here and there. With that in mind, we have two options to fit your active lifestyle:
First, we have an exclusive pickup and dropoff program, where we will come to your office or place of residence, disconnect the machine, and take it to our shop to be repaired. When we have finished repairing it, we will bring it back, hook it up, and allow you to test it before closing the transaction.
The second option, primarily for smaller repairs, is that we can repair your equipment in your office of place of residence.
These services are provided entirely free of charge.*

Our repair rates are as follows:
For malicious software removal (virus, worm, trojans, spyware, adware, etc), the cost is a flat fee of $50.
File backup or recovery after a system crash is available for a cost of $50.
In the case of reinstalling the operating system, the cost will be $50. The system restore disks must be provided.
For all other repairs, or for assistance using your equipment, the charge is $25/hour with a 1 hour minimum.
